Being a Tamil in finance means allowing your unique Tamil identity to be a source of strength, opportunity and perspecitve to create value in the dyanmic environment of the finance sector.

I have had the opportuntiy to work with two inspiring young Tamil professionals in the finance industry – two future leaders. They have such energy, passion and insights which I have benefited from. To be a part of their journey, and to contribute in even a small way, is a privilege.

Too often you are told to fit in to be successful, but it is more important to embrace your unique attributes to stand out! TiF allows the unique identities and experiences of Tamil professionals to shine through. The hope is to embrace and inspire not only the Tamil community, but also the broader groups of marginalized communities.
